When ever we exhibit at events or fairs we are experiencing often incredible connections with interesting people.
One day we met Ernest, a very tall guy, at our pop-up booth in Interlaken. While checking out our jackets he said: "I'm sure you guys won't have anything suitable for me…!"
What Ernest didn't knew: We were able to custom-made a jacket just for him. Some days later he showed up at our work shop and still couldn't believe that this was possible. We took measures, and he could choose the fabric from many colors.
Next morning Ernest' jacket was ready...!
